Its official! C2C Denali 2011 has received its permit from the park and we are going!
We are now onto making plans for the trip which include flights to Anchorage, flights from Talkeetna, food and gear purchasing and prep, fitness and skill training and much much more.
We'll be posting our progress so you can follow what it is like to prepare for and climb one of the highest and coldest mountains on earth!
(by the way "C2C" reflects the fact that the nucleus of the trip is two good buddies who live on opposite sides of the USA so "coast to coast" or "sea to sea" both work. pick your favorite!)
