Brad Jackson
Raised in Perth but now living in Sydney, I am an amateur trail trudger usually more comfortable on fixed lines rather than this proposed alpine climbing tomfoolery. With the considerable help of Sherpas, oxygen, Gu gels and Red Bull, I have so far managed to get to the top of a couple of Nepalese mountains in various states of absolute exhaustion. In saying that a May Denali Upper West Rib climb should be a good test of my new rigorous summer fitness regime of sunbathing on Bondi Beach and several highly vigorous games of Wii tennis.

I must admit, I'm so far quite troubled by reports of a Yak, Sherpa and tea-house shortage in Alaska and hope that this situation has been rectified by the time we arrive in May. Are Moose unable to be harnessed? Otherwise I am hearing strange talk of sleds, load carrying, ice saws and snow shoveling...disturbing thoughts.

Christi Masi
I was born and raised in Seattle Wa. I worked at a large coffee company for 11 years before starting my own company. I love to have new ideas and take them to fruition and feel so lucky to work for myself on projects that I feel passionate about. Learning to climb mountains changed my life forever 1993. Mountains teach you that everything is possible. I have climbed most of the major peaks in Washington State and have also dabbled on some international peaks, including Aconcagua in Argentina, Ishinca in Peru and an unknown 20000 ft Peak called Chulu Far East in Nepal in 2007. I have been spending lots of time adventure racing since 2008. I have participated in many local 24 hour races and have completed one (amazing)5 day expedition race. 2010 brings new challenges including a new start-up business, climbing Denali, and a 500K adventure race in July. Life is SO good!

Stuart Remensnyder

Heavy load on Aconcagua - good prep for Denali!
Stu has been climbing mountains since he was a small lad growing up in New England and claims early ascents of Mount Monadnock, Mt Washington, Mt Lafayette and others as having inspired a lifetime of seeking beautiful and rough places. After a poorly thought out period where golf and the Three Stooges played a large a role in his life, Stu returned to sanity by taking a NOLS course in 1988 to the Wind Rivers. 30 nights under the stars, steep rock and snow, a sense of remote adventure and the smell of 30 day-old polypro sold him on the idea!

After years of playing in the North Cascades, the Tetons and Cordillera Blanca, Stu headed off to Nepal 1996 to see the Himalaya for the first time. While there he he met  a wayward English teacher Matt Schonwald. Together Matt and Stu decided to come back in the Spring of 1997 and climb in the Annapurna range where they put up a new (and spontaneous) route "The Stümätt Tharpuwand South Face Indirect" The climb is best known for the GeoBear they carried to the top and the Hale Bopp Comet leading the way. It has taken Matt and Stu 13 years to finally get back on a big hill together and we are excited!

Stu counts trips to the Pervian Andes (3),  Nepal (6), Tibet (3), Argentina (3), Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Candian Rockies, Chamonix, Tetons (3), North Cascades (2), Canadian Coastal Range,
While in Nepal in 1996 stu met his wife just below Ama Dablam and they have gone on to climb in Peru, France, Nepal and now are climbing the mountain of dirty clothes produced by two young (and active)  children! When not playing with his family Stu is a co-owner and guide for www.fieldtouringalpine.com.
